  • Parents' full names and National Identification Number (NIN)
  • Child's photograph

Your data is used exclusively for the purpose of enrolling your child in Nigeria's National Identity Database via the NIMC portal. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third parties outside of the official NIMC enrolment process.

3. Data Retention

We retain your submitted information only for as long as necessary to complete the NIN enrolment and provide follow-up support. Once the enrolment is confirmed, data is securely deleted within 90 days.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, or destruction. Form submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections.
